Well these two are arguable the most famouse cards to those who have played RO (give or take, Golden thief bug would be another).
The question is which one you would prefer to use on your char during PvP and/or WoE, since ghostring doesn't work outside those, i won't include MvP or PvM.
In case for those arn't familiar with either of these cards stats:
Ghostring - Makes user level 1 ghost element
Angeling - Makes user level 1 holy
Ghost makes it you only take 25% of the damage you take from physical attacks (has a bad side, can't think of it)
Holy means you take only 75% from fire, earth, wind, water, poison and ghost (as well as immunity from holy attacks)
Well since i generally play a SVD knight (Strenth/vitality/Dexterity), i'll try and include a few things that i think will effect him. I'll try and list it to make it a tad easier to read.
1.) Ghostrings abilitiy of only taking 25% damge is a huge decrease of damge you take from physical, with the knights high def, cranial shield, immune manteau and poopoo hat, a 3-4k attack can go down to a mere 200-300 (maybe even less), bascially you can't be taken down with phyically attacks (knights also have 16K hp).
2. Beshides physically attacks and poison, everything thing else will do 100% to you, which is kinda bad. Worse of is hunters that have immaterial arrorws, you can say goodbye to you hp if they do. Plus it's quite easy to tell if someone has a Ghostring armour or not (phyical attacks), and like seeing someone with a helm of god sun, people tend to love attack them for boasting rights.
3. Angeling makes fighing wizards less of a pain (though i'd rather have a marc card since once your frozen, JT = dead), but still the less damge from the four elemental's is quite good, also, your completly immune to holy attacks such as holy light, grand/holy cross, holy weapons, and forces archers to stop using holy arrows (which they love so much).
4. Actully the arrow thing is quite good, since they can no longer use silver, the next step is to use a normal arrow (which means you def can lessen the damge), one of the four elemental arrows (since it's easy to make), or if they have it and know your using angeling = dark arrows (which adds 125% attack). Which i don't think many will have.
Well unless i know i'm going against someone using only phyical attacks, i'll will most certainly choose angeling over ghostring, espically in WoE where angeling can work on the chars you ment to be killing (wizards, hunters) it also makes pure GC saders useless (at least to you).
Ghostring can kinda easily be countered with an elemental weapon, so it's kinda not so good agisn't a prepared foe.
Extra stuff: How strong would a assassin be with 250+ flee, 40 vit (so can't be stuned easily, or as long), and a ghostring? from the sounds of it, i wouldn't want to verse this type of sin with a knight.
